Odraz (by Varvara Hryhorova)
ODRAZ is an experimental immersive audiovisual show exploring reflection — both physical and symbolic. It traces how inner states and outer realities mirror one another, especially in times of war and uncertainty. Moving through themes of nature, city, and chaos, ODRAZ uses layered visuals and sound to capture the shifting relationship between perception and environment. Created in response to global unrest, the work becomes a fragmented mirror of the present — revealing the fragile interplay between external chaos and internal experience.
Varvara Hryhorova is a new media artist originally from Ukraine and now based in Berlin. Through mixed media, she blends human experience with reflections on contemporary themes and future narratives that shape the reality we inhabit. With her background as a refugee, she brings new perspectives, inviting viewers to reconsider the world around them.
Das Ding (by Margarita Gehl, Jonas Peschel & Constantin Ruchay)
The interactive installation DAS DING (“The Thing”) places an old, forgotten intelligent CRT television at the center of attention.
Brought back into the spotlight, the TV is given its own language, voice, and identity to be discovered. DAS DING evokes feelings of nostalgia, connection, or even manipulation; both for the player and the TV itself.
Through an interactive narrative, using dialogue boxes and movie sequences, the television speaks directly to the player. Its ultimate goal is simple and poignant: Das Ding wants to be watched.
Our team brings together storytelling, visual design, and interactive technology. Margarita is a versatile communication designer whose work is deeply influenced by theater, giving her projects emotional and intellectual depth. Jonas Peschel is a Berlin-based freelance photographer, videographer, and communication designer specializing in concept development, prototyping, and production with a clear, minimal approach. Constantin Ruchay is a 3D artist, Unity developer, and interaction designer combining creative coding, exhibition design, and digital 3D modeling to create engaging experiences.
the space between (BY CHARLOTTE TRITT, EMILIA GENTIS, PETER SCHAUB)
How much coincidence, freedom, and unpredictability do we still allow ourselves?
THE SPACE BETWEEN creates a framework to reflect on the fundamental tension between control and chaos – a dynamic present in both ancient systems like the I Ching and the algorithmic structures that shape our present. Rather than offering conclusion, THE SPACE BETWEEN opens a field of thought for contemplating the coexistence of structure and chance. It opens up a dialogue about our relationship to uncertainty: Do we see it as a threat, or as something essential to life itself?
DOPPELGÄNGER (by Jim Kramer, Rosi Pernthaller)
Who are we in the third life? In DOPPELGÄNGER, visitors meet a digitized version of themselves. Through AI conversations, fragments like preferences and memories are collected and used to create a profile. A webcam captures each visitor’s photo, transforming it into a 3D avatar. This digital figure, enriched with personal data, enters a virtual world to interact with other copies. The project explores: When our digital reflections live on, who are we really?
Jim Tarem Krischan Kramer is a communication design student based in Berlin. Before moving to Berlin, he studied fine arts for one year at the FKN in Nürtingen. His work spans large-scale oil paintings, drawings, installations, websites, music videos, live visuals, coding tools, album covers, book covers, posters, and many other graphic design projects, with a focus on generative design.
Rosi Pernthaller is an Austria-born artist and designer based in Berlin. Her passion lies in blending new media art with generative AI research, bringing innovative technology to traditional and analog mediums. Inspired by growing up in a creative environment and a lifelong love for art, design, and music, she’s on a quest to redefine the boundaries of digital and analog worlds.
Water (by Seoyeon Lee)
The installation WATER explores humanity’s attempt to impose order on natural patterns through mechanical means.
Observing streams, the diverse movements of flowing water reveal rhythms reminiscent
of human walking and running. Although humanity originates from nature, nature itself appears free,
without fixed order or criteria, while humans continually seek to organize and control it.
Recorded patterns of water flow are reinterpreted as an installation where a single thread moves back
and forth, drawing a boundary between natural chaos and imposed order.
Seoyeon Lee explores what quietly exists and disappears around humans but often goes unnoticed.
Her work unfolds through installations, interactive art, and video, centering on themes of nature, memory,
and time. With a background in media engineering and media art, she experiments with technology
as a creative medium. Her practice aims to reframe it from something rigid and distant into an experience
that feels softer, more approachable, and emotionally resonant. Her practice invites viewers to pause,
reflect, and connect with invisible yet meaningful traces.
DOTYK (by Varvara Hryhorova, Fernanda Candas & Anastasiia Sviderska)
by Varvara Hryhorova, Fernanda Candas & Anastasiia Sviderska
DOTYK is an experimental installation merging neurotechnology and interactive art.
Using EEG data, it translates brain activity into real-time visuals — turning invisible inner states
into a sensory experience.
