PACE ist das neue Festival für Kreativität & Austausch – aus und für Potsdam.

Am 22. Dezember 2023 feiern wir mit euch die zweite Ausgabe des PACE Festivals! Erlebt Livemusik und Performances, entdeckt Ausstellungen und Kunstinstallationen, schlendert über unseren Kreativmarkt und tanzt bis in die Nacht.

Potsdam Arts and Creativity Exchange, short PACE, is a new festival celebrating the richness and variety of Potsdam’s artistic and cultural scene.

On 22 December 2023 we will celebrate the second edition of the PACE Festival with you! Experience live music and performances, discover exhibitions and art installations, stroll through our creative market and dance into the night.

PACE wurde von Potsdamer*innen ins Leben gerufen, um die lokale Kunst & Kultur – und alle, die sie ermöglichen und lieben – zusammenzubringen und zu feiern!

PACE is made by people from Potsdam with the intention of bringing together and celebrating local arts and culture – and all who enable them and all who love them!

ARTS

Potsdams Kunst & Kultur ist bunt! Auf dem PACE kommt die Potsdamer Kreativ-Community aus den Bereichen Musik, bildende Künste, Clubkultur, Performance-, Film-, Licht- und Medienkunst zusammen.

The arts and culture in Potsdam are diverse! At PACE people from Potsdam’s creative community from the fields of music, visual arts, club culture, performance, film, light and media art come together.

CREATIVITY

Kreativität braucht Netzwerke, um zu wachsen und Räume, um Form anzunehmen. In Potsdam gibt es eine Vielzahl kreativer Gruppen und Räume! Der PACE Kreativmarkt wird von ihnen lebendig gestaltet. Hier gibt es Platz, um sich auf die eigene Art zu präsentieren und ins Gespräch zu kommen.

Creativity needs networks to grow and spaces to take shape. In Potsdam, there are a lot of creative groups and spaces! The PACE Kreativmarkt is designed by them in a lively way. Here there is space to present yourself in a unique way and to get into conversations.

EXCHANGE

Das PACE fördert Inspiration und Austausch! Wir laden euch ein, neue Künstler*innen, Kunstformen und -orte kennenzulernen, euch auf Workshops neue Kreativ-Skills anzueignen und das Festival mitzugestalten.

PACE encourages inspiration and exchange! We invite you to get to know new artists, art forms and venues, acquire new creative skills at workshops and help shape the festival.

WANN?

Das PACE Festival findet am 22. Dezember 2023 im Zeitraum 15 – 6 Uhr statt.

WO?

Das Waschhaus Potsdam hat sich seit Anfang der 1990er Jahre vom besetzten Haus zu einem der vielseitigsten und besucherstärksten Kulturbetrieben des Landes Brandenburg entwickelt. Mit seinem facettenreichen Veranstaltungsprogramm in den Bereichen Tanz, Bildende Kunst, Clubkultur sowie Konzert- und Literaturveranstaltungen erreicht das soziokulturelle Zentrum über 120.000 Besucher*innen im Jahr.

Ihr erreicht uns am schnellsten mit den Öffis (Straßenbahnstationen Schiffbauergasse/Uferweg, Schiffbauergasse/Berliner Str.), vom Platz der Einheit oder dem Potsdam Hbf sind wir nur wenige Fahrradminuten entfernt.

The PACE Festival will be held on December 22, 2023 during the hours of 3pm – 6am.

WHERE?

The Waschhaus Potsdam has developed from being a occupied house in the early 1990s to one of the most versatile and most frequented cultural institutions in the state of Brandenburg. With its multifaceted programme of events in the areas of dance, visual arts, club culture as well as concerts and literary events, the socio-cultural centre reaches over 120,000 visitors a year.

The fastest way to reach us is by public transport (streetcar stations Schiffbauergasse/Uferweg, Schiffbauergasse/Berliner Str.), from Platz der Einheit or Potsdam Hbf we are only a few minutes away by bike.
